We work with talented cheesemakers at Lykens Valley Creamery who craft their cheese the traditional way using milk from grass-fed cows and local pasture-raised goats. "Raw" means we don't pasteurize (heat-treat) the milk, so it keeps all the beneficial bacteria and enzymes that support gut health. No shortcuts, no chemicals—just milk, salt, starter cultures (good bacteria), and time. We sell Baby Swiss, Sharp Cheddar, Colby, Pepper Jack, Garlic & Chives, and Goat Feta—all vacuum-sealed fresh for real flavor and nutrition.
