When's my deadline?

It depends on how you're getting your order, not a single day for everyone:

• Shipping to your door: orders close Friday at 11:59 p.m. to ship that week.
• Picking up at the farm: pickup is Mondays, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Your account will show your specific pickup date after checkout.

Check the deadline shown in your account rather than assuming; it reflects your actual order, not a general rule.

Keeping it fresh once it arrives

Refrigerate everything at 40°F/4°C or colder as soon as it arrives (or as soon as you're home from pickup). Follow any date or handling instructions printed on the product label.

A note on raw milk

Our milk is raw (unpasteurized). Raw milk carries risks that pasteurized milk does not, and isn't recommended for pregnant women, young children, older adults, or anyone with a weakened immune system. The CDC has more on raw milk safety: cdc.gov/food-safety/foods/raw-milk.html. Check each product listing for its specific designation before ordering.
